Rocky is the first English Cocker to come into my life. He was bought as a pet and turned
into a show dog, which completely changed my life. He started his show career in
January 2003. In limited showing, handled first by Wendy Rollins-Evans and later by
Barbara Heckerman he was a Champion by November of that year. At the 2003 National
English Cocker Spaniel Club show he won the Open Solid Dog class with stiff competition.
He is a very mild mannered dog. Sweet, sweet temperament. Very biddable. He can be
trusted to run with puppies as he has never snapped at one, but tolerates all of their antics.
